Mental Health Awareness
According to the mental health charity “Mind,” one in four adults may experience a mental health problem at any one time. This can affect us all – no one is immune to psychological distress
This course has been designed to provide awareness to mental health. The course will provide an introduction into what mental health issues are and the stigma that surround them, as well as the ways in which mental health can be supported
There is a short quiz at the end of the unit and upon completion a printable certificate will be provided
GDPR
The EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) added extra responsibilities to the Data Protection Act 1998 on the 25th of May, 2018. Organisations must comply with the new regulations or potentially face fines of up to 4% of annual turnover or €20 million – whichever is greater
This course has been specifically designed for staff at various levels within Health and Social Care organisations to provide an understanding of the principles of data protection and how to process and handle data effectively
